As our profits are donated to our charitable partners, all sales are final. Although each shipped item goes through a quality control team, if an item is damaged or not up to our standards, we will gladly provide a new item at no additional cost. As long as you can provide us with a clear photo of the problem, you will not be required to return the defective/incorrect item back to us.

Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) we are not required to provide a refund if a customer simply changes their mind, ie. wishes to cancel an ordered product, for any reason. However, we will issue a store credit to the customer for the specific product/s that they no longer wish to receive.
